I had a very pleasant experience here. Very friendly, courteous and professional staff. Especially Dr. Gilberto Colon who did an outstanding job with my cleaning, he is very patient, polite and he is bilingual :)

There was no waiting time, I was in and out in less than a hour.

I just had a root canal there today. The doctor was very comforting and made me very confident in the procedure. I am a very nervous patient and have had many negative experiences with previous dentists, and the doctor and his staff were wonderful. The root canal was quick and painless, the doctor checked up on me several times, and the crown was made in the office, so once we were done, we were done. I'm so happy with my experience there and I'd recommend them to anyone

Another visit today and very happy. My back lower tooth chipped off by an accident as I was brushing my teeth and bit into the toothbrush. A corner of my tooth broke off. This dentist gave me his recommendation for the crown but respected my wish to try to rebuild that corner and see if it works in the long run. I highly recommend this dentist. He will make sure you feel comfortable and he'll explain to you everything that he intends to do.

From the moment I entered Rayford Dental I was greeted with a genuine smile and felt welcomed. The office staff from the front desk all the way back was amazing. Our Hygienist, Tracy, was AWESOME! I only want to see her from here on out. She cleaned my teeth this morning and this afternoon I brought my 5 and 7 year old in to have cleanings and she did a great job with all of us! Dr. Colon is personable and takes an individualized approach with each patient. I honestly can't say enough great things about this dental practice. I was referred by a neighbor when I expressed that I had gone to another, larger & more corporate type dental practice on Rayford and was told I had hundreds of dollars in work that needed to be done after not having a cavity for years! I was also told my children needed tons of dental work. Dr. Colon and staff were thorough and didn't find one cavity in either of my children and 2 minor, surface cavities I had that were minimal and totally affordable (well under $100 with insurance). I realized the other place was trying to sell me on unnecessary dental work I didn't need and Dr. Colon and his staff just don't so this. We felt truly cared for and I am so glad I found Rayford Dental. I'll never go anywhere else as long as I live in the area. Another great thing is my son has major crowding and will likely need braces...Dr. Colon refers to an orthodontist 2 doors down who we dropped in and talked to them. They will do a free consultation on my son and keep an eye on his mouth as it develops so we can be proactive instead of reactive. 10 out of 10 WOULD RECOMMEND Rayford Dental to anyone who asks me!
